Some photos of a photo of me and Grandaddy Frye from April 1986; framed by nature, near the area where this very garden once was. In fact, he planted the oak that is the frame for the second shot, its age now is around 50 years old. I just wanted to post this picture especially for Father's Day, of the two of us working in the garden. I wish I had a few pictures of my Dad's and my other grandfather's gardens to post here, but I didn't think ahead to this post. Regardless, I love this picture of that time together and I love each and all of these fathers in my life, my Dad and my two grandfathers (one living and the one below living on).

Hello Stephanie. This is a beautiful post - I posted a similar one about my parents just last night. :)
ReplyDeleteI love how you've arranged the photograph, especially showing the oak tree that your Grandaddy planted. That watering-can is almost as big as you! :O)
